Hourly Rate: $250.00
Fixed Fee (Non-Refundable Retainer):

Criminal Defense:
Most Felony Casework: $3,500.00
Murder, Rape 1, or Sodomy 1: $10,000.00
Death Penalty: $50,000.00
Most Misdemeanor Casework: $500.00 to $1,000.00
Most Post-Judgment Work (excluding Appeals): $500.00 to $1,000.00
Appeals: $5,000.00

Domestic Relations:
Uncontested Divorce (excluding children’s issues): $500.00 to $1,000.00
Uncontested Children’s Issues: $1,000.00 to $2,500.00
Contested Child Custody/Visitation/Support: $2,500.00 and up.

I will accept payments upon the retainer due.

COURT COSTS AND CASE EXPENSES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT.

Contingent Fee Cases Never Exceed 45%
The first tenth is returned to GOD, but all work done to the GLORY of GOD.
